History

WOGI was originally Adult Top 40 WESA-FM and was licensed to Charleroi, Pennsylvania. In the late 1990s they flipped to Top 40 as WZKT (Z98), but that format would go away in January 2000 after it was sold to Keymarket, who in turn flipped to its current format. In March 2002 the station’s city of license was changed to Duquesne, allowing the station to target Pittsburgh proper.
